Regulatory Licensing: For an international medical device company, we helped our client obtain the necessary authorisations to market their medical products in France and across Europe while ensuring a consistent cross-business regulatory strategy in Europe and the US.
Technology / Data Protection: Completed an extended secondment assignment to help an international French company meet GDPR requirements (policies & procedures, third party contracts, audits, PIAs, data registry, training program...); Ensure role of external DPO for a US company with international operations.
Business Acquisition: As part of their European expansion, we partnered with a UK company to ensure a successful acquisition of a French company (due diligence, company law requirements, labour & employment issues, administrative filings, contract negotiations...).
Litigation: Successfully defended our client's interests following claims of IP infringement; Engaged legal proceedings against our client's delinquent party due to breach of contract.
